JEM Engineering Supply and Services (J.E.S.S.) is a single-proprietorship engineering services company organized in the last quarter of 2007 by Engineer Joseph Tuyor. The company founder humbly credits his immediate family and some trusted friends including his former employers as the ones who inspired him to set up his own firm and to stop as an employee.
But being a devout Christian that he is, Engr. Tuyor recognizes that the real reason for the firm’s continuous success and existence is the help and guidance of the Almighty God through His Son, Jesus Christ. The firm’s owner-founder may have gained plenty of professional experiences and wisdom through his several decades of work as an electrical engineer in the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection System (MEPFS), yet without the Father’s divine assistance all his efforts would have gone to naught.
Indeed, this era of globalization and fast-growing Philippine economy serve as a conducive environment for the growth of companies who excel in providing high quality products and services in the engineering and construction field. Such is the case with the J.E.S.S. company. But what sets J.E.S.S. apart from most firms in the MEPFS field is its ability to provide not just the supplies but also the necessary expertise and services required by the costumers. More importantly J.E.S.S. can supply the engineering requirements of its loyal clientele plus the needed technical expertise at very reasonable prices. This is understandable because foremost in the mission and vision of J.E.S.S. is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality products and services at the most affordable rates. Our long list of satisfied clients and completed projects can attest to this.
Among the many projects we completed in our almost seven years of existence were electronic plants, shopping malls, condominiums, hospitals, schools and other structures which required Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sewage Treatment, Fire Protection, Detection and Alarm System (FDAS). These buildings have equipments such as motors, pumps, fan/blowers, generators, transformers, compressors, circuit breakers, valves, pipes, and fittings which must be installed and properly maintained.
To keep abreast with current engineering requirements, J.E.S.S. regularly updates its line of products and follows strict and prompt delivery timetables as required by its customers. Its team of engineers and technicians regularly attend seminar-workshops that seek to improve and upgrade their technical and professional capabilities. J.E.S.S. also understands the need for a proactive and efficient after sales service in order to develop a durable and long-lasting relationship with its clients.
